Toy Catcher

I am bloody SICK !!... I have been HIBERNATING in my cosy bed for more than 12 hours per day sleeping... =.=ll Never in my entire life have I been so sick before as can u imagine a humane piggy eat medicine and sleeping throughout? Neither am I looking forward to countdown this coming weekend, I really do not mind tucking up in my bed and rest throughout.

Watched the news earlier on and saw the FAB about Toy-Catching!! Well, I was abit obsessed into it as I was introduced previously a couple of months back from Jason.. Anyway, I SUCKED at toy-catching and NEVER have I succeeded, hmmm.. well I only caught a few toys a couple of times ago..

Bottom-line, who needs to catch toys when you've got a pro toy-catching friend? ^^

Lim Chu Kang ~ Post Christmas Celebration

Firstly, I must COMPLAIN!!! I really had a very hard time editing my blog's template and I finally gave up using my OLD template. Can someone seriously help? T_T

Anyway, I had a real fun time barbecuing with my maple pals... =) Well, anyway, who in the hell will stop by Lim Chu Kang for a barbecue?  Yeap... nobody but us *winks*!!!

The Maplers

Jason the Birthday Boy was cordially invited ..

  CarCar & his wifey~

Me & 1 of the 101 dalmatians which popped by =)

The barbecue ended around 2:30am.. Jason and I went to catch AVATAR at cineleisure...

Honestly, AVATAR IS THE WORST MOVIE I HAD EVER SEEN IN 2009!!

This lengthy almost 3-hour long movie got me snoozing off in my seat during the first half of the show... Seriously nothing but crap, who would want to pay $9.50 for a movie watching how humans and aliens form their bonding? Shitty crap... Too much talking and their BOND crap goes on and on..

Jason even described to me one scene whereby the alien and the human kissed and the so-called make-love. Lame! I only woke up when I heard the BOMBING sound - almost around 20minutes before the show come to an end.. That was the truely action-packed part.

Gosh, and I even heard many of my friends reviewed that this stupid show is GOOD. What crap!! If you are talking about computer graphics, I am sure that many other movies are better... For example, Final Fantasy?! Technology wise, GI Joe and even Gamer fair MUCH MUCH BETTER...

Well anyway, those are my opinions.. if any of you out there think otherwise, i will opt for you all to watch the show personally -.-"" and waste the $9.50...

Surprises from a Christmas...

Counting down 30 minutes more before the end of Christmas Day...

Got quite a surprise when i visited Nuffnangs this afternoon..

They acknowledged me as a member of their Glitterati!!
Thank you!!

Anyway, this year's Christmas Eve was a Healthy and Memorable one... Why healthy? Because for this year's christmas, I did not go clubbing and drinking and that is why I considered it as a perfectly healthy experience for me.

Jason picked me up from office after I painted my nails and we headed over to his residence together with his secondary school classmates to celebrate christmas. Apparently his parents cooked a x'mas feast!

They even prepared him a Birthday cake as 27th is his birthday... "Happy Birthday pal!!"

We went to Shaw Balestier and caught "Sherlock Holmes" after the dinner and celebrated the countdown of Christmas in the cinema itself as the movie started at 12:00am sharp! Honestly, the movie is a really nice and witty one, with all the "detective" parts but since we are too tired, almost all of us fell asleep! Nevertheless, we watched the movie till the end, very science-fictional, but all nice for the plot itself; you wouldn't have know the ending... =X

This afternoon was a "heavy downpour" day. What a day for Christmas! ^^ I really enjoyed it very much snugging myself in my blanket and slept till almost 530pm.. Met up with Weiyang at Westmall around 745pm. We actually wanna visit Uncle Richard, an ex-colleague of ours at the Old Folks Hospital nearby but sadly to say, the visitors' hours were past. Sobs..

We went for a walk in west mall and I bought a shirt for yang as his christmas present. =) Luckily, i did not buy him the Ralph perfume the other day since he mentioned he did not use perfumes. Anyway, haha he handpicked that PUMA tee himself so I hope he will use it often. We caught sight of SK SALES and I bought myself my 2nd pair of diamond studs..

Haiyo, I dunno whether the studs are too small or whether the fault is at my camera because the picture turned out to be so blurred!! I bought myself the first pair of diamond studs somewhere last year during Valentine's sales also @ SK's and this 2nd pair is for my 2nd ear-holes.. Well, I've got 3 ear-holes; 3 pairs on each ear and I wouldn't have pierced so much if I had knew earlier that more ear-holes = to more $$ spent for more earrings!!  (Zzzzz....)

Now, I will start my complaint! Okay, apparently, the ear studs are on SALE when I bought it. Initially I eyed on the $168 pair because the design looked fabulous, then when I shifted to the other direction, I saw exactly the same design going for only $99. I asked the salesperson "what's the difference in size for both pairs, and she responded that they were actually only in 0.05carat difference. So, I chose the $99pair since my ears are small and haiyo, 0.05carat diff, who in the hell can differentiate? Of course unless his eyes are the same of the microscope =.= BAHH!

When I paid for the earrings in cash, this stupid farking saleslady packed my earrings in those CHEAPSKATE mesh bag while the paper bag for the earrings are oversized. Excuse me, but if you are a customer won't you get pissed off?

Me: Wah! How come my earrings are in the mesh-like bag? Don't you all have boxes?
Stupid Sales Auntie: We ran out of boxes as this is SALES ma. Its okay de, you can always ask for a box @our boutique just in front there.
Me: Do you expect me to come down another day just to get a box?

That sales B!tch kept quiet and and turned around and searched their internal counter for a box with a LAN-LAN look on her face! Anyway, what did she expect? Expect me to say OK and walked away with the studs after payment? Please, but apparently all fools will know this. If one fine day you drop in at any jewelery outlet making claim that you bought something somewhere ago from them previously and demanded for a BOX, do you think they will give you a BLOODY box for that? Hello, but I am NOT dumb!!

Anyway, she managed to find boxes and me and yang could see from where we were standing that there are PLENTY of boxes left inside the counter!! That fucking bitch just could not be bothered to dig and search for it! It really puzzled me when she said that as I could not imagine SK is such a fucking broke company, cannot pay for BOXES for sales items?

I supposed that all products actually comes in boxes right? This is part of the sales packaging! Just because it is $99 and I am not buying the $168 one this doesn't deserve a box? This really turns me off but anyway, haha she managed to dig out a box and I paid for the studs anyway; but I definitely wouldn't buy it if it comes in mesh-like bag. Look so Cheapskate and Chiong! What happened to those staff's "service enhancement" training? Singapore salespersons are going so LOW... Totally disgusted with their attitudes in the service industry... bleah!

Anyway, before i went back home, caught sight of this two pinkies... Kekeke, new pinkies added to my collection. Happy house coasters and a cupcake-like box... =)

Merry Xmas 2009

Last Christmas...
A well-spent one with my ex-colleagues and their friends..

Therefore we raided SHAW's snowman...

We got so tired we stopped by the VOLVO; hoping that EDWARD will be there to drive ME around..

He agreed to drive, provided we poised @TANGS to earn him some bucks for petrol,

We poised for hours.. but nobody wanted to share their pennies...
we continued to walk hoping some kind souls will spare and
WE CAUGHT SIGHT OF LV!

That contributed us an idea to BLING like it... so we searched around for CLUES, hoping it will earn us some BUCKS

We GREW desperate, because we WILL definitely become bony if we continued walking without earning PENNIES and a ride from EDWARD's VOLVO...

the guys contributed by dancing...

she sang christmas soprano!!and we managed to earn some BUCKS...

our poor souls WAITING alongside the street... waiting for EDWARD's arrival.. but he didn't turn up..

so we decided to retire for the night..

Haha.. Bahh!!! that was my crap! LOLx...Nevertheless, i really enjoyed my christmas photo-taking trip. It was really FUN n CRAPPY!!!

Welcome to Nuffnang...

i finally signed up for a Nuff's account!!

It is after very much decision and courage, that i signed up an account with Nuffnang. Honestly, i wasn't expecting very much/good response after i sign up with Nuffnang, but i am proud to be a "nuffy/nuffian"! Haha, i doubt they actually call themselves that! -.-

But anyway, it really took me quite awhile to actually post that freaking ad to my template since i was such a NOOB! initially i even thought that there was some error with my bloggie's preview since the "ad" wasn't showing.

It was after much attempt when i saved the template and found that it worked.

*yawns* i doubt i will have enough sleep to cover the long miserable meeting hours of tomorrow. guess that i shall give my slimming/toning escapades a misss...

I AM A VERY LAZY PERSON.....

which is why.....

it took me so long to finally update my BLOG's template.

And,

I finally decided to do the updates slowly, one at a time. Since I usually slacks and do things slowly, and I am very sure that I will need more time to actually read and go through the stupid HTML (of course its me whom is stupid rather than the HTML)...

I've fianlly added
Fr3b's website link into my template.

What is fr3b? Many of you might be quite puzzled when you see the name, it actually stands for Freebie ---> FREE SAMPLES
Freshie introduced us (me and Holly) the website and we immediately went down to their office to sign up for the application, which was the very next day! after we went online and took a glimpse of their fabulous website.

I wanted to share this particular website because I feel that:

(1) it is NOT crappy
(2) the provided samples are FREE and useful
(3) this products can be grabbed easily off the shelves of neighbouring WATSONS and GUARDIANS

With just a minimal fee of $28.00 membership subscription (its for annual),

You'll get a CANMAKE welcome package!!!

The package includes a nail polish, nail art polish, lip gloss and a mascara!!!

Just think about it... hmmm, do you think that you will be able to get such glorious stuff for only $28.00 at
WATSONS/GUARDIAN's?

I am sure that the $28.00 membership paid is SUPERBLY worthwhile before you even grab any samples off their shelves...

And if you are NOT the least convinced,

HERE ARE A "
FEW" samples which I've grabbed off their shelves previously...

FR3B's products range from hair-care, facial, skin-care, contact lenses, masks, cosmetics and blah blah blah... They even have potato chips! Besides, their products are renown; ranging from loreal, ascience, O2, skinfood, elisha Coy, ginvera etc etc...

Numerous of their samples comes in travel-packages sizes, you might even want to grab them for your coming-planned holidays!!

And,

The best part of all...

All you need to do after you grabbed the products off the shelves is just to write a review about the product -- how useful/useless it is to you..

Well if you're still not convinced...

Work.

Life doesn't seem to be any better @the HQ! Sadly to mention.. i ended my work @1145hrs and I am fucking "dulan" that I have to walk all the way out from office to the main road to TAKE A CAB - cos no cab will go to secluded places @ such a time!! Heng... I got Holly on the phone to accompany me to chat all the way...

Now I muz slack at the com waiting for my hair to dry after bath and I am still wondering whether I am able to wake up to work tomorrow morning. Really can't understand why some people -- after all this years of life living, are still so DAMN FUCKING CHILDISH! Just becos of the few of them, everybody's life becomes miserable... I really loathe that, because of one such sadistic person, everybody suffers alongside.

If.. If only One Fine Day I lose my temper and blew my top..

I will make sure you suffer my )*(&*^&%^%$$##@@ curses!

Trust me..

I am tired... I will play facebook awhile before I retire to bed.. =(

Contradicting...

Didn't update my beauty for more than 3 months I realised... the very last post was before I was being posted to the bloody site! I am using my cute little HP netbook now, finally got a chance to use it though I got it early last november.. =P

Watched channel8 news just now and I wasn't really interested in the recently SEA games.. Honestly, I dunno whether I should be PROUD of being a Singaporean or should I, be like the other part of me, to be utterly disgusted being ONE of the PROUD SG family! (bleah!)

WHY?

The answer is very simple. Singaporeans are nothing to be proud of themselves.. What have we achieved all this years? Erm.. I supposed nothing =.="" Why should we go through all this HELL preparing for the Youth Olympic Games? Yucks, watching the news reflecting on the SEA games alone made my GROSS... I am honestly sadded that singapore have no talents, not even me! Cos I am just another sucker. And what about the glorious part of Singapore winning trophies?? All are about the "bought" Singapore talents...

I really pity the table tennis team!! They cannot even speak proper english when the reporter interviewed them! All the interviews are done in chinese though, despite that I was watching channel 5. Ironically, Remy Ong disappeared from all the cheering crowds, unlike the previous Asian games blah blah blah whereby he was featured in almost all of them, featuring his winning games...

Is it really so GLORIOUS that we, SG WON so many medals? All of them are China-imported goods, so MUCH to the branding which the government wants us to follow.... I seriously pitied China, with their "so good" talents flocking all to singapore because of a PR thingy. Even our swimming team, our so-proud-of swimming team, is swarmed with 'chee-nas'. What the hell!!!

This people just betrayed their own homeland to come here? I supposed we should do the same things -- migrate to another country, because our own don't love us, don't recognise our pure blood talents, or are they just simply can't be bothered by our own people?

Ask yourseves...

How many of such talents are willing to contribute to Singapore? besides getting the same benefits that a Singaporean is supposed to have? If they do not own such previllages by just being a PR, do you really think that they will stay?

ONE FINE DAY I AM SURE THAT THEY'RE GONNA LEAVE THIS LAND!

A true talent will not just stop by its tracks and be satisfied of what they're having/achieving currently. What makes you think that they won't join the USA team if they're offered the chance? They will finally all leave, one day... just like what was described in our history textbooks.. Singapore is acting like a middleman.. =(

Anyway, enough of my crapping.. hmm.. i just feel very unfair to all singaporeans, including myself. Asian countries should have their own culture, own interest etc..

One good very example is... Japan!!

They thought of their own citizens more than anybody else. They protected their interests. They were there for their people especially during the bad retrenchment times... You don't go around stating "how bad the economic is", whereby so many of your own people are job-hunting but foreign talents are flocking into the country non-stop. =.=

I seriously think that we should reconsider our plans, our future... Because if such continues, we will never ever be able...

to make our mark!
