What A Fucked Up Day

I totally screwed up my blog template, and because I did not save any of the template, all I could do was to cut and paste my previous one into it to keep it running. The worst part is my day is screwed up by a fiucking bloody bastard and bitch, and it seemed like these morons are purely plastic and brainless...

Anyway, I know that these horror will soon go away... very very soon.

But first I need to alter back my template asap tomorrow to keep up with new posts and updates... what the fuck! nothing has been done correctly and it is 3am... fuck it!

The Karate Kid 2010

"Everybody's gone kung-fu fighting, those guys were tough as lightning.. hoo-haa!" I could still remember this catchy theme song for the Karate Kid featured when I was young.. So when I caught the sneak preview of the trailer for The Karate Kid while I was watching Ip Man II the other time in the cinemas, I decided this was gonna be a show which I would never miss...

Starring Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan, this movie was directed by Jaden's daddy Will Smith, and it was really amazing how much power little Jaden had in him as a kid... *winks*. An uprising star in the coming future, little Jaden really acted very well in the show (as Drey) an American kid whom was bullied the moment he stepped into the chinese society - by a martial arts prodigy Cheng.

The movie plots revolves around how Drey and his mum moved into Beijing; how they get to know Jackie Chan - Mr. Han the handyman; how Drey explored his neighborhood/school and how he met the bully Cheng; the pain and humiliation he suffered from the bullies he received; to the part Mr. Han found him wounded from Cheng; to their promise in participation of the Martial Arts competition; the begin of the tremendous tedious trainings to Drey becoming a disciplined well behaved kid with superb Martial Arts' skills... till he won the true title of Karate Kid...

A 2 and 1/2 hours film, this movie is really a MUST-SEE!!!

Some sneak peaks of cute little jaden:

Night-Out... [back-dated post]

"Singapore, Let's Have A Night Out!"

That was what Michelle said to Gurmit;
during the Singapore Night Out Campaign which was featured on strongly on the tv...

Therefore, I suggested to dearie that ---
US (WE)
Should have a
Night-Out
TOO!!

And So,
 .
.
.

I suggested visiting the museum which one of the locations featured during that commercial....

Our original location was at Suntec City, and I could see that we were both kinda deadbeat, but dearie nevertheless, didn't wish to disappoint me...
(>_<)

So before we started walking, he managed to answer a call and while I managed to snap a picture of him.

READY??!

Haha, and seriously, we started walking from Suntec and we really walked...
walked
.
walked
.
walked
.
freaking hell of a journey
.
.
and finally
.
.
.

Fianlly we reached... I wondered whatdafuck why Michelle and Gurmit did not sweat a single drop despite all the fucking walk.
(What a good misleading commercial?!)

That was quite a sight and a nice zone for us

The Flirting Point

Haha... I wondered which lamer actually came up with the design?!

Anyway, just joking;

its one of the attractions of The Singapore Art Museum..

(sooooooooo~ Artistic! [my camera sux though!])

Honestly, uut of our unknowing~ness, dearie and I really enjoyed our walk...
It was kinda fun and sooo... from the art museum, we continued our way down to Fort Canning.
We actually wanted to pak-tor and take pictures, too bad it was fucking dark and I started turning scared since the treesssss looked so gloomy and scary..
(=.=ll")

We left and made our way down to Clarke Quay..

Our Toy Story - " a tribute to my beloved dearie..."

Everyday seemed to be so packed with activities and I haven't had the time nor energy to blog for more than a week... Anyway, June had been a time of celebration - a happy belated birthday to my good friend wanqiu and Lifeng's 2-year-old daughter, and also Happy Birthday to dearie's daddy, thanks for the lovely buffet dinner at Joaquin's Suntec.

I really enjoyed myself at the dinner despite dearie being a bit sulky (since he was angry at me at first), but our moods got better after dinner and we went plushie-catching. Plushie-catching is really addictive; and seriously ~ i am so addicted to it!! I could still remember those days when dearie and I were still friends, and he caught the very first walking plushie - a cute baby minnie mouse which walked when you push the button with batteries inserted in it...

I could still remember this first plushie was caught while waiting for our movie at The Grand Cathay; and in those days, I seriously felt that catching plushies was just nonsense and a waste of $$. The second and third plushie was caught there after, when I met dearie at east coast for a chat cos I was feeling quite down and he suggested to go plushie-catching to cheer me up...

This two strawberries themed Hello Kitties were his fruits of success of cheering me up then,
since he knew how much I loved hello kitties, and eventually he spent almost forty bucks
(while I forked out twenty) for him.

The next plushies were caught right after a post-christmas barbecue party at a friend's fish-farm,
while waiting for Avatar movie to show in Cineleisure...

And I received a SuperMario's Lugia for Christmas present...

Our love story started some time after that and everytime we went out, occassionally dearie will bring me plushie-catching, and that was how my passion for plushie-catching built up...
We usually went different places,
and it seemed that everytime dearie went plushie-catching,
he was definitely to catch something for a little reward...

He caught a second walking plushie Stitch at Cineleisure,
a panda hello kitty at Plaza Singapura and a lovable Chopper (from One Piece) at Marina Square...
Most of the time, the plushies were caught during weekdays night or weekends when we met up for dinner.

There was once after dinner at Suntec (whereby we went plushie-catching at the arcade), dearie caught this kimono-wearing kitty and that was the day my passion started.
This was the kitty we saw quite a few times in other arcades but we couldn't catch it in any way. There was this guy behind us trying out the "slot" kind of plushie machine...
and the very next time when we went Suntec, I tried out my very first plushie-catching!!

That was my very first time trying out plushie-catching.
I caught a pink-checkered Hello Kitty
while dearie caught a strawberry-looking Mickey.

I caught a blue Hello Kitty and Minnie Mouse the second time I tried out plushie-catching;
and that was when I started to get the hang of it. Dearie caught a chipmunk on the same day and afterwards, we simply hang around arcades whenever we got extra money to go plushie-catching...

Other random catches dearie made were a Mickey with Donald earmuffs, a leopard-suit Hello Kitty, a Princess Hello Kitty and a pair of mini-sized walking Mickey and Minnie...

My plushie-catching fever continued and another three plushies were added to our plushie collection when I caught another 2 plushies
- a pink bear-like hello kitty and a Minnie Mouse while waiting for dearie to finish work...
The third plushie was caught after I met dearie for dinner and we headed back to the arcade and
I realised they re-filled the machine with another Kitty so I decided to try my luck...

The most recent trip we made to plushie-catch was earlier after dinner just now at Suntec whereby dearie was really lucky and he caught the cute cinnamon roll plushie with just a dollar!!
On the other hand, I had no luck and I spent 11 bucks to catch the Hello Kitty.
Sadly, I could not catch the other Kitty and I gave up
while changed my attention in catching the Mickey Mouse...

Honestly, I do not know when our plushie-catching fever will last as dearie did mention that he will cut down in catching plushies since he is currently saving up...
Nevertheless this will be the sweetest memories I have with him..
=)
